Welp, I am here to inform you that I have indeed survived the first activity days.
In fact, I even had fun.
It was a little on the small side-one activity girl and her friend-but it was also a good thing because I shoved three activities into one so that this specific girl can get her Faith in God ASAP, considering her 12th birthday is this month. While I was worried about lengthy silences and not enough activity to fill an hour, these girls wiped those fears away almost instantly with their accepting attitude and gregarious natures. They were so fun and sweet! And we were able to accomplish quite a bit!
I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Maybe this won't be so bad after all...
