Our Week of Distractions

We are on the one week countdown to Riley’s due date! Luckily, this week is going to be hopping with activities due to the Week of Activities for the singles ward and the Timpanogoes Storytelling Festival. Every night after work we have at least one activity vying for our attention, so at least we won’t be sitting at home just waiting for Riley to make her appearance. And then if she does come early, we won’t complain at all ;)

This is a picture from one of our walks. I love going on walks, but I have to stop fairly often to stretch out my hips. This is on the lawn of a church nearby where Chris was helping me stretch.


Monday, Aug 31: Home Evening

Tuesday, Sept 1: Institute

Wednesday, Sept 2: Carnival and/or Riverwoods concert

Thursday, Sept 3: CS pizza get together/Storytelling Festival

Friday, Sept 4: Ropes Course and canoeing @ Utah Lake

Saturday, Sept 5: All day at Storytelling Festival and Mahrt Fam comes!

Sunday, Sept 6: Elizabeth’s baby blessing

Monday, Sept 7: Labor Day (in more ways than one…? ;) )

Tuesday, Sept 8: RILEY’S DUE DATE!

    Yay! Yay! Yay! I hope she makes her arrival soon! Is Riley the womb name? Or the real name?

    We didn't really think of giving Baby Waz an embryo/fetus name. Whenever we have had an idea for a name, we just call her that to see if we like it. So far she has had a few names :) But Riley has stuck around for quite a few weeks, so it will probably be the winner.
